Flags finalize Bloomington trade, sign Price

The Port Huron Flags traded left wing Brad Bonello to Bloomington this morning, completing a 3-for-3 player transaction that began last week.

Former captain Ryan Gillis and defenseman Jeff Cameron were traded to the PrairieThunder in exchange for defensemen Sam Webber and Chris Bogas and left wing Garett Cameron. Bonello's release is the final movement in this trade.

In 11 games, Bonello recorded two goals, three assists, 33 penalty minutes and a -3 rating for the Flags. Although Webber did not dress this weekend, Bogas and Cameron both saw time on the ice. Cameron posted a goal and Bogas had an assist in Saturday's loss to the Quad City Mallards.

Additionally, the Flags signed Jason Price (pictured), a left wing who played in the North American Hockey League last year as a member of the Texarkana Bandits.
