Trio added to Muskegon roster

Forwards Bill Zalba, Mark Walter and Patrick Steinmayr have all signed with the Muskegon Fury on the eve of training camp starting Sunday.

Zalba played for the Fury the past two seasons while Walter and Steinmayr are rookies.

Steinmayr, a native of Linz, Austria, currently resides in Haslett. In 2005-2006, he did not play, but maintained his conditioning through his full practice participation with the nearby Michigan State Spartans.

Zalba put up 13 points in 2003-2004 and 25 last season with the Fury.

Walter scored 11 goals in 29 regular season games last season with the Penticton Vees of the British Columbia Hockey League.

Twenty players have now signed with Muskegon for this season.
